Richard Garcia

Owner, CEO and Lead Radio Personality of KDCE

Richard Garcia began broadcasting while serving in the US Army in over 50 years ago. After his time in the Army, Garcia acquired KDCE, which helped establish his career as a radio broadcaster. He can often be heard broadcasting sports events live. He is most famous for his weekly Saturday morning program, “RG’s Country Show,” in which he plays classic country music and interviews country music performers. As the owner of KDCE, he also helps to promote local high school sports, local music events and helps to develop careers of aspiring local musicians. Garcia has received numerous awards for his long-standing career in local radio, including being inducted into the New Mexico Broadcasters Association remember when I Hall of Fame in 2011.

Tomas "No Mas" Garcia

Executive Producer and Radio Personality

At the start of his career, Thomas Garcia was a radio presenter and announcer whose first job was assisting his father in the setting up of the morning show at KDCE, where he is now the executive producer. Since then, he has had the privilege of interviewing prominent politicians, celebrities, and musicians, including presidential candidates and heads of state. In addition, he has been a part of various volunteer organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Northern Area Workforce Development Board, Amber Hospice Care Companion, and the NMHMA. With extensive training and education in vocal music, strategic intervention, life coaching, and advanced breathing; Tomas acquired a Master Grad in Personal Development from Rapport Leadership International. His passion for music has also allowed him to travel to different countries such as Guatemala, Germany, Brazil, and Mexico, giving him an appreciation for various cultures and allowing him to better understand music as an art form.

John J. Garcia

KDCE Social Media Specialist

John serves as our social media specialist.

John Garcia was a Lt. Colonel in the US Army. After his retirement he begin learning about ranching and farming. He is currently raising churro sheep. Churro sheep are an ancient breed of sheep that were developed by the Spanish for their wool, meat and milk. John serves as our social media specialist.

Esther Garcia

Esther manages the accounting and business opperations of KDCE.

Casey Gallegos

KDCE General Manager &

Radio/Live Personality

Since 1977, Casey has been working in radio broadcasting beginning with KKIT in Taos when he was 15. On April 1st of 1979 he moved to his current position as General Manager of KDCE Radio.
he ensures the highest quality of productions and broadcasts for the station. Additionally, he has acted as President of the New Mexico Hispano Music Awards for the past 30 years, advocating for New Mexico music.

Rudy Sisneros

Advertising Sales Agent and Sports Analyst

Rudy Sisneros is a professional sports commentator. He has been with Kdce for over 30 years and was a founding member of the popular band Karrizma and Encanto. He has an extensive background in music. Rudy serves as our Facebook representative and sales executive. He enjoys helping his clients achieve marketing success.

Esther Marquez

Sales Traffic Manager and Advertising Agent

Esther began her career at KDCE 30 years ago, working as a DJ. For the past two decades, she has held the role of Sales Traffic Manager and Agent, making sure all sponsored promotions and commercials are executed properly.

After years of coaching championship elementary school basketball teams and mentoring youth, Michael T. joined KDCE.

Andres Chavez

Born and raised in northern New Mexico. Andrés is an accomplished, fourth generaton musician, singer, song writer, and producer.

In addition to his musical background, he is a multi-genre broadcast professional at KDCE Radio. His decades of entertainment experience in the music industry offers our listening audience a diverse and inspiring blend of music which is aired in his weekly show,

“Exitos del Ayer y Hoy”.

Adam Encinas

Production Assistant/Chief Marketing

Adam started with KDCE at 16 originally as an intern. Through his skillful ability to conceive and create innovative marketing campaigns to drive growth and align with community listeners, he gained a reputation for go to messaging. Adam is an analytical thinker and excels at quickly asserting opportunities and discerning appropriate and effective solutions.

Arnie Martinez

Sports Analyst/Sports Broadcaster

Arnie Martinez has provided an extraordinary contribution to KDCE radio as its sports announcer, thanks to his successful career as a coach. His expertise in the game is clear from his insightful play-by-play commentating on the school's games. What makes his presence even more special is his own experience leading the Española Valley High school to two state basketball championships, a feat no one other than he and his brothers has accomplished. His genuine enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of the game create an exciting atmosphere for basketball fans.
